What is YoSoyMami.com?

YoSoyMami.com is a space for you. We are a professional organization for moms. Only you know that motherhood is a profession (because apparently the law doesn’t want to recognize us :)), so take this opportunity to meet other moms and share your experiences. Maybe you will meet other moms that are going through or have gone through the same experiences as you!

Our Vision:

YoSoyMami.com’s purpose is to create an information and entertainment platform, while cultivating and promoting a sense of community between moms.

Our Mission:

At YoSoyMami.com, we want to bring together and support moms. In this case, “mom” means every person that loves children and is interested in motherhood and parenthood topics, or other topics that generally interest moms.

The organization is divided into three parts: the blog, the community, and offline.

  • In the blog, you will find articles about topics that we hope can help overcome, or at least make some sense into the daily challenges of being a mom. You will also find product reviews and giveaways, services and events that could be of interest to moms.
  • In the community you will be able to interact directly with other moms and create your own content. We promote conversation, feedback, support, and respect. We would also like to inspire you to write and even create your own blog!
  • Additionally, we also like to meet other community members, so we also plan activities and events with and without our children. Because we all need a little escape every now and then. 🙂

She currently organizes events for moms, educational workshops about blogging and social media, and she created the first conference for social media moms and women in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she serves as a mentor for a group of aspiring bloggers that contribute to her blog. You can find Zelma telling her stories about her Lil Man on Facebook and Twitter.
